Viveri continues to expand its capabilities in mass call handling, strengthening our position as a trusted partner to leading media groups such as Bauer. 

For the past six months, Viveri has been delivering mass call handling for Bauer Media Audio UK, replacing the incumbent provider and offering audiences a seamless, audio-free route of entry to competitions.


This success reflects a broader growth story. With the upcoming closure of BT Agile in November, Viveri has secured the majority of its voice and voice short code business - further cementing our role as a leading provider of large-scale engagement services.

Our expansion is also supported by Melodi, a Viveri subsidiary, which operates a leading online competition platform across the UK. Recently, this capability has been extended to Bauer Ireland, further showcasing the Group’s ability to scale across markets.
