Last updated: 26/02/2026
1. Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by Viveri Group Ltd and its subsidiaries (“the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) during the financial year to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.
We are committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity and to maintaining appropriate systems and controls to mitigate the risk of modern slavery in any part of our operations.
2. Our Organisation and Supply Chains
Viveri Group Ltd is a UK-based company providing digital payment, engagment and messaging services and operating in the United Kingdom and selected international markets.
Our supply chains primarily consist of telecommunications providers, technology partners, advertisers and content providers.
Given the nature of our business model and supplier base, we assess the overall risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chains to be relatively low. We nevertheless apply a proportionate and risk-based approach to oversight.
3. Policies and Governance
We maintain internal policies and procedures designed to promote ethical conduct and reduce the risk of modern slavery, including:
Recruitment and right-to-work verification procedures
Whistleblowing procedures enabling confidential reporting of concerns
Ethical standards embedded within supplier engagement processes
We expect suppliers and business partners to comply with applicable laws and to uphold appropriate labour standards.
4. Due Diligence and Risk Management
We apply a proportionate, risk-based approach to supplier engagement. When onboarding and reviewing suppliers, we consider the nature of services provided, jurisdictional factors and regulatory status.
We periodically review key supplier relationships to ensure continued alignment with our ethical expectations.
During the reporting period, we have not identified any instances of modern slavery or human trafficking within our business or supply chains.
5. Training and Awareness
Relevant personnel involved in supplier engagement are made aware of modern slavery risks and reporting mechanisms. We review our approach periodically to ensure it remains appropriate to the scale and nature of our operations.
6. Effectiveness
We monitor the effectiveness of our approach through internal oversight mechanisms and review of any concerns raised under our reporting procedures.
We remain committed to continuous improvement in our approach to preventing modern slavery.
